This item is used to touch up all of our Black Powder Coated Trailers, Fenders, and Winch Assemblies for sale. It is specifically designed for our trailers, and is an exact match finish. The instructions for use are clearly labeled on the back of the can.

Prevent buildup of vapors by opening all windows and doors to achieve cross-ventilation. Use only with adequate ventilation. Do not breathe dust, vapors, or spray mist. To avoid breathing vapors or spray mist, open windows and doors or use other means to ensure fresh air entry during application and drying. If you experience eye watering, headaches or dizziness, increase fresh air or wear respiratory protection (NIOSH/MSHA approved) or leave the area. Close container after each use. Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and clothing. First Aid: If you experience difficulty in breathing, leave the area to obtain fresh air. If continued difficulty is experienced, get medical assistance immediately. In case of eye contact, flush immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes and get medical attention; for skin, wash thoroughly with soap and water.

Instructions

PREPARATION: Surface should be clean, dry, and free of wax, oil, rust, loose paint, etc. WARNING! If you scrape, sand or remove old paint, you may release lead dust. LEAD IS TOXIC. Contact the National Lead Information Hotline at 1-800-424-LEAD or log on to www.epa.gov/lead.

SHAKE CAN WELL BEFORE USING TO SPRAY: Hold 10 to 12 Inches from surface. Press valve down completely, moving spray. Allow paint to become tacky between coats. Light mist coats prevent runs or sags.

TO CLEAN VALVE: Invert can, press spray tip until a short spurt of clear gas escapes. Spray tip may be removed for cleaning, if necessary. Clean with a common pin and paint thinner.

Black Powder Coated Side Mount Spare Tire Carrier

• This item is optional for all of our Black Powder Coated Trailer models.
• It can accommodate wheels from 10" to 16.5" with a spare tire.
• It fits all 4 and 5 lug wheels with 4" and 4.5" diameter hole patterns.
• The powder coated finish provides long lasting protection.
• The item can mount to trailer frames up to 3" wide and 4" high.

Installation Instructions

1. Using the spare tire carrier and spare tire as a guide, determine a suitable mounting location on trailer frame.

2. Slide U-bolt around the frame and through the holes in tire carrier.

3. Mount with flat washers, lock washers and nuts provided.

4. Using the spare tire to determine the correct holes to use, place the carriage bolts provided for mounting the spare tire in the holes of the rectangular plate. Bolt heads should be on the back side of the tire carrier. Secure bolts with “star” washers.

5. The mounting plate will accommodate several sizes of frames by using the various hole patterns.

6. Check position of the tire mount for proper clearance with the spare tire before tightening bolts.

7. Mount spare tire with 1/2" bolt, washers and hex nuts provided.
