2 – 4" x 1" x .25" Zinc Flat Plate
2 – Galvanized Angular Swivel Bracket
4 – 3/8"-16 Serrated Zinc Flange Nut

4 – 5/16" x 1-1/2″ Galvanized Hex Head Lag Screw
